Prices and included features may be changed in the future. Any changes will apply to future purchases and will not retroactively change the price of an already purchased plan, unless required by applicable law.
Cardlinko subscriptions do not automatically renew.
When a monthly or yearly subscription expires, the customer must manually purchase or renew the applicable plan to continue using paid features.
Cardlinko is not responsible for interruptions caused by failure to manually renew an expired subscription.
The Cardlinko Lifetime Plan provides access intended for the lifetime of the individual customer who purchased the plan, subject to these Terms.

However, by uploading content, you grant Cardlinko a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, and technically transmit that content as necessary to provide and operate the Cardlinko service.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish.
You must not use Cardlinko to create, publish, distribute, or promote content that:
Cardlinko reserves the right to remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The Cardlinko platform, including its software, branding, logos, design, interface, graphics, text, functionality, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to Cardlinko and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Cardlinko's proprietary platform or materials without prior written permission.
Digital business cards may contain links to third-party websites, social media platforms, WhatsApp, payment services, or other external services.
Cardlinko does not control and is not responsible for:
Users access third-party services at their own risk.
Payments for Cardlinko plans may be processed through third-party payment providers.
By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.
Cardlinko does not store complete payment card details unless expressly stated otherwise.
All purchases made on Cardlinko are non-refundable.
Once a paid plan has been purchased, Cardlinko does not provide refunds, cancellations, or partial refunds for unused subscription periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cardlinko and its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use or inability to use Cardlinko.
